(A)MARE OWNER AGREES: 1. Stepping Out Farms is nor its agents will be responsible for accident, injury, disease, or death of mare or her foal currently at side (if applicable) 2.Mare will conform to policies and procedures of Stepping Out Farms and the mare owner will be responsible for paying all expenses of breeding, board, and veterinary care during the mare’s stay at Stepping Out Farms. 3. A current coggins must accompany mare to Stepping Out Farms. 4. Board for the mare while at Stepping Out Farms will be due and payable at time of mare’s departure.
(B)BOARDING AND STUD FEES: 1. Name of Jack______________ ________

2.Purchaser shall pay the stud fee at the time this agreement is signed.
3. Boarding fees:
$__________ per day in lot, $________ per day in stall, $_________ per day mare & foal
*Veterinary services and additional services will be the responsibility of mare’s owner. 4. Should the mare die or become unfit for breeding, the mare owner may substitute a mare of his or her choice upon the approval of Stepping Out Farms. 5. In the event the mare is declared in foal and all fees are paid in full, if the mare does not produce a live foal (one that stands and nurses) she will be rebred. 6. In the event the stallion dies, becomes unfit for breeding, or is removed from the breeding service at Stepping Out Farms all liability of Stepping Out Farms ceases.
(C)CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP: 1. If the mare has not been declared in foal, any stud fee credit will be honored to the new owner for a period of one (1) breeding year from date of mare’s first service, after which all obligations of Stepping Out Farms ceases.
(D)PURCHASE OF DONATED STUD FEE: 1. Stepping Out Farms will honor a donated and/or auctioned stud fee for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. All boarding and veterinarian fees will be charged to the mare owner as stated in Paragraphs A & B.
(E)TRANSPORTED SEMEN: 1. Fee for initial shipment is $_______within the U.S.A. Additional shipments are $__________Fee includes, but is not limited to, collection and semen preparation, administration, container, documentation, and overnight delivery.
2. Payment must be received in full, in advance of all shipments. Full stud fee must also be paid in advance before any shipments commence. *Shipping is done via Federal Express or UPS. Shipping cost may vary if weekend or holiday delivery necessitates alternate couriers.
